Legacy Fund

By contributing to the 1893 Founders Legacy Fund, you are not just giving a gift. You plant a seed that will grow and sustain the future generations of our congregation. Previously called the Permanent Funds Ministry, this fund provides giving opportunities to expand the mission and ministry of BEPC. It is not meant to be a substitute for your offering for to meet our budget or special mission offerings. While the fund grows, a percentage of its earnings is used for special needs not covered in the budget.

In 1893, the first members of our church had a vision of ministry and mission. The stone walls of our sacred place of worship were built to stand the test of time, and they have. Meanwhile, generations before us heeded calls to help outside our walls—planting seeds that became Lees-McRae College, Grandfather Home for Children, Cannon Memorial Hospital and other resources that serve our community today.
